Automobile 36  è il primo prodotto interamente pensato e progettato per essere realizzato con l'uso delle stampanti 3D domestiche, ed altri strumenti per la fabbricazione digitale. E’ una macchinina a pedali per bambini dai 3 ai 6 anni, realizzata in cartone e plastica per essere resistente ma anche smaltibile a fine vita (la plastica infatti è in PLA un polimero biodegradabile). Pesa 8 kg e le misure sono L.110 x P.50 x H.40. Automobile 36 viene venduta in kit di montaggio ed è contrassegnata con marchiatura CE rispettando la Direttiva 2009/48/CE- Direttiva sicurezza giocattoli.
Il progetto è pensato per l’autoproduzione, quindi assemblato dagli acquirenti, che potranno scegliere tra i componenti che la compongono:

a) il kit base, che comprende il telaio, la seduta, le ruote, la pedaliera, la cloache, le targhe e tutte le parti per poterla comporre, è necessaria per partire

b) le livree in cartone, vendute separatamente dalla struttura portante, quindi potranno essere intercambiabili, è prevista anche una versione neutra personalizzabile nella grafica;

c) le personalizzazioni: pedali, joystick, le targhe anteriore e posteriore, sono personalizzabili a richiesta,  realizzati in PLA e costruite con la stampante 3D domestica;

The project is designed for self-production, then assembled by the buyers, who will be able to choose among the components that make it up:

a) the basic kit, which includes the frame, the seat, the wheels, the pedals, the vent, the plates and all the parts to be able to compose it, is necessary to start

b) the cardboard liveries, sold separately from the supporting structure, therefore may be interchangeable, a neutral version with customizable graphics is also available;

c) customizations: pedals, joysticks, front and rear number plates can be customized on request, made in PLA and built with a domestic 3D printer.
